Here, colleagues become a film crew. After a warm welcome and professional introduction from our team spirit guides, your team is divided into smaller individual film crews. Each crew is now given an iPad and the task and film planning begins: what do we want to tell? How do we design the story? And who wants to be an actress, editor, director or music expert? Whether in front of or behind the camera, with or without props, every team member is an important part of the process in order to create a unique, memorable project with different talents and teamwork. Short films are created with creative ease that generate enthusiasm. At the end, these are ceremoniously introduced and awarded Oscars in various categories.
