Building a raft with raft ride and treasure hunt

DOES THIS REALLY HOLD US?

The teams, each consisting of three to eight adventurous "pirates," build their own rafts from the materials provided. With their own flag, they set sail and venture out onto the open water in search of the hidden treasure.

Of course, safety is ensured: Each participant receives a life jacket, and our trainers will thoroughly check the rafts again upon request.

With pride, the buccaneers row their self-built rafts across the lake. But before they set sail, they must tackle the challenge of building, roll up their sleeves, and put their ideas into action. In the end, they are left with the wonderful feeling of having accomplished something together – and staying dry in the process.

For you as the client, the raft-building project offers an exciting opportunity to gain insights into individual working styles. Through this collaborative task, different talents and skills emerge that could be useful for specific tasks in your company.

The flag is perfect for displaying something that creates unity, such as a company motto, logo, or a new slogan. At the end of the journey, the teams are presented with their flags as a memento, taking this symbol of their achievement back into their everyday lives.
